Hot Rollers… Yes, I actually said Hot Rollers

I’ve decided to take a chance here. I’m not the worlds best stylist, but I try and sometimes, well it does work. This is one instance where it worked. I follow a number of what I would call “hair/fashion” blogs, not unlike the rest of you. Custom doorstops…or whatever you want them to be!

So I had some scrap materials left over from my pergola adventure this summer (don’t worry, I’ll post the pergola project once I finally get the cover on top). I saw a posting on Pinterest where a blogger (momtastic.com) made a doorstop/custom message board/whatever you want to call it with left over materials she had lying around the house. I saw the post and thought it was a cute and super cheap/creative way to use up some of the left over materials. Continue reading
